Book: "Weimar Cinema (1919-1933): Prelude to a Nightmare World"
The new book of the Greek Association of Film Critics, in the context of the 38th Panorama
The Panorama of European Cinema, in collaboration with the Greek Association of Film Critics, present the collector's edition "Weimar Cinema (1919-1933): Prelude to a Nightmare World", a collective proposal to study an entire defining era of European cinema through eighteen of its emblematic films, in the light of their historical, political and cultural imprint.
The overall framing and editing of the publication, the anthology of the texts, the prologue and the idea for the cover belong to Christos Skillakos, film critic and vice-president of the Greek Association of Film Critics, while the introduction is written by the artistic director of the Panorama of European Cinema, Ninos Feneck Mikelidis.
This collector's edition will be released with two different covers.
