Four friends -Michel (Piccoli), a television producer; Ugo (Tognazzi), a chef; Marcello (Mastroianni), a pilot; and Philippe (Noiret), a judge- arrive at the latter’s villa to indulge in a wild feast until their (quite literally) total collapse. They invite sex workers to their orgiastic banquet, but it is Andréa (Ferréol), a schoolteacher, who will follow them to the end.
