German teenager Daniel arrives at a juvenile rehabilitation community center in the remote border region of Evros to serve his sentence. In this almost abandoned village, where silence is deafening he will have to deal with his emotional struggles and a series of tricky dilemmas.

A coming-of-age social drama, rich in realism and sensitivity that spotlights both the traumas and the anxieties of a young European boy as well as the torment of refugees at the borders. An ode to the courage of the human soul -that transcends nations, languages and religion.
